Macmillan's amazing supporters are expected to leave the charity more than £80 million in 2018 from gifts in their Wills. Administering these gifts sensitively and professionally is vital if we are going to continue to grow this key income stream and meet the ever growing needs of people living with cancer.

We are recruiting for two Assistant Legacy Case Managers who will play a vital role within our Legacy Income Team. Your daily work will include managing a case load of pecuniary gifts and providing support to the other team members when required.

You will have excellent customer service skills and a desire to deliver amazing Macmillan experiences to everyone with whom you come into contact. These skills will help you to build relationships that will enable the Legacies Division to grow the charity's income in the coming years.

Experience and knowledge of Legacy Administration is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

You will join a fantastic team who pride themselves on being diligent, supportive, knowledgeable, accepting of others, compassionate, curious and fun. If your values match with ours then we would love to hear from you!

In return for your enthusiasm and commitment you will benefit from Macmillan's brilliant development programme and receive private medical insurance, life assurance, pension, generous leave, and interest free loans for season ticket and gym membership.
