The charity has some fantastic ambitions to cure a torrid illness that needs research and money to support their endeavours. They are very passionate about the work they do and are looking for people to join the Fundraising cause, who are equally passionate. You will maximise net income and grow support from charitable trusts, National Lottery and statutory funders to enable us to deliver the charities vision. About the PersonThis is an initial 12-month contract. This is not something to be put off by as they are looking at growing the team to bring in more than their current annual income of £2 million. This team of 4 is high performing and looking to grow the annual income further and take on more people. As a Senior Trusts Manager you will need to have experience in line managing other trusts fundraisers and are comfortable bringing in 5 and 6 figure amounts. You will set the Trust Strategy by managing a team of three direct reports as well as building internal and external relationships to enable income growth.
