Newly created role and a great opportunity for a Bid/Tender Manager with experience identifying bid/tender opportunities and subsequently managing them, including preparation/writing, submission etc...
Primarliy supporting the Sales Team, the ideal candidate will have a solid background, preferably in an IT Solutions environment.
- Identifying possible tender opportunities.
- Management of tender applications.
- Market research to identify opportunities
- Marketing the the suite of products digitally.
- Creating awareness of the solution.
- Visiting customer sites as part of the marketing/tender procedure.
- General administration duties associated with your position.
- Attending presentations from time to time.
- Creating portfolios to support new business opportunities.
- Initiate personalised outreach to attract warm leads and set up meetings.
- Keep meticulous records and create an efficient follow up procedure.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape and close deals.
