Newly created role and a great opportunity for a Bid/Tender Manager with experience identifying bid/tender opportunities and subsequently managing them, including preparation/writing, submission etc...

Primarliy supporting the Sales Team, the ideal candidate will have a solid background, preferably in an IT Solutions environment.

Outline

  • Identifying possible tender opportunities.
  • Management of tender applications.
  • Market research to identify opportunities
  • Marketing the the suite of products digitally.
  • Creating awareness of the solution.
  • Visiting customer sites as part of the marketing/tender procedure.
  • General administration duties associated with your position.
  • Attending presentations from time to time.
  • Creating portfolios to support new business opportunities.
  • Initiate personalised outreach to attract warm leads and set up meetings.
  • Keep meticulous records and create an efficient follow up procedure.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape and close deals.
