This excellent company are one of the largest independent franchises of O2 and have been offering an excellent service for 25 years. Our client was created to expand our services to more than just mobile for business customers in the region. The team’s expertise covers mobile comms, cloud telephony (VoIP), and internet connectivity, providing complete, all-in-one solutions for our customers’ telecoms requirements.

We are looking for a Business Development Executives to develop leads, cold call and book sales appointments for the new business team.

The role of the Business Development Executive is crucial to our success in building a diverse and profitable base of customers. To be the key commercial contact for our customers.

What will you be doing as an Account Manager?

* Researching and mapping out potential client needs

* Cold calling to speak to decision makers and map out the clients needs and solutions

* Book appointments for the new business team to close and win new business

* Become accredited and develop granular knowledge of features, advantages, and benefits of 02

* Develop granular knowledge of features, advantages and benefits of product portfolio including Digital, VoIP and Connectivity

* Follow all processes and procedures

* Ensure CRM is updated with accurate information at all stages of the sales cycle – including close date, GP, volume, sales stage etc.

* Gaining deep insight to understand a potential customers business and their plans on how Mobile, Connectivity, Telephony, IT and mobile device solutions will aid their own growth and development plans.

* The role will flex with the needs of your customers and the ever-changing connected world in which we operate so the ability to cope with constant change is a must

* To ensure you attend all training modules on all aspects of products and services to ensure you can identify opportunity when speaking to our customers. You must become conversant in all products and services and an expert on mobile solutions

* To clearly demonstrate your ability to build a pipeline of opportunity in accordance with your targets

What experience / skills are we looking for?

* Proven track record

* A minimum of 12 months working within a Cold calling and an appointment booking role ideally within Technology but not essential

* Cold calling experience

* Ability to work well within a team

* Strong interpersonal skills
