Helpdesk Analyst/Desktop Support - Windows, Office 365, AD, TCP/IP, Hardware Builds

Outstanding opportunity to this fast paced, rapidly growing, PropTech scale up on a permanent basis as an IT Technician. This software business provides the world's leading platform for property management and estate agency and offers fantastic training and career development opportunities. We're looking for multiple Support Analysts with outstanding customer service skills to provide technical support to a user base of around 500 across multiple UK sites.

You'll require the following skills and experience:

- 2+ years user facing experience providing IT support on a Service Desk as well as Desk Side

- Experience resolving 1st and 2nd line issues over the phone and using remote login

- Strong technical skills with Windows 7 - 10, Office 365 and Active Directory

- Basic networking skills with TCP/IP and cable patching

- Any exposure to Mac support beneficial but not essential

- Strong knowledge of PC, Laptop & Printer troubleshooting

- Experience building hardware such as PCs & Laptops for new users

- Outstanding communications and customer service skills

£28k-£30k + bonus + benefits. 80% remote working. Birmingham or London
