Inbound Sales Executive

Lynx have partnered with an exciting organisation in Central London focused within the interactive Hospitality sector. I am looking for an Inbound Sales Executive to join this growing customer focused team who will be responsible for answering the inbound calls and picking up the enquiries from their booking system. You will convert enquiries through to bookings, maximising spend per head through up-selling and minimum spends, manage your enquiries through to completion including pre-orders and payments so a good attention to detail is essential.
Respond to a high volume of inbound calls and online enquiries.
Ensure guests receive the ultimate experience by offering the most appropriate products and setup available based on their requirements
Achieve quarterly KPI targets
Maximise revenue by converting enquiries, recognising business prospects and upselling
Ensure every detail of a customer's reservation has been accurately recorded following established procedures
Who you are:
An outgoing individual with a bubbly and positive personality
Must be computer literate and able to communicate effectively via phone and email
Exceptional customer service skills
Exceptional organisational and administration skills with a superior attention to detail
A self-starter with strong time management and multitasking skills
Ability to build rapport quickly and create professional, sustainable relationships
A fast learner with a proactive approach
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience using a CRM system
Preferably with experience in the hospitality sector
Good communication skills written/verbal
Salary: £26,000 plus £4k OTE uncapped
Hybrid working available - office based 2 days per week.
