Zendesk Administrator | £310 - £400 per day to be paid to umbrella company | INSIDE IR35 | 12 month initial

Zendesk | Troubleshoot | Support | Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Zendesk Administrator to join a global company on a 12 month (initial) fully remote working contract in London. You will be the primary point of contact for the business teams using Zendesk products and will support the product and specific workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for Zendesk related support tickets
  • Investigate bug reports, write escalation notes, collaborate with developers/advanced Zendesk technical team, and communicate updates back to original client.
  • Write and maintain support articles for internal teams to understand how best to use Zendesk
  • Create and maintain Zendesk workflows for the business units you're supporting

Experience Required:

  • Fluency in Zendesk Products and Services (Support, Chat, Guide, Explore)
  • Ability to clearly describe technical concepts to end users in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues pertaining to basic computer usage (Mac & PC), Internet browser issues (Chrome & Firefox), email routing, Internet connectivity, or other basic SaaS related queries.
  • Zendesk Administrator Certification (would be ideal)
