Dynamics CE Tech Lead - Dynamics CE, Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365, Techno-Functional Consultant, D365 Customer Service, D365 Service, D365 Sales, Power Platform, Functional Consultant, Technical Consultant - £500-550pd Outside IR35 - UK Remote

Our Microsoft Partner client requires a Dynamics CE Tech Lead with strong experience in Dynamics Service and Sales to join them on a 12-month contract basis.

The role can be completed on a primarily remote basis and has been deemed Outside IR35.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Provide technical expertise, direction, and leadership to the technical team for a project.
  • Define any detailed design documentation required for the scrum team to deliver the user stories and detail where and how any customisation of Dynamics CE is needed to meet client requirements.
  • Ensure the detailed design and delivery of the solution meets Microsoft's best practices.
  • Support the detailed design through the SDLC including analysis, design, development, testing, training, deployment and support with stakeholders in security and data governance.
  • Leads team in the building of CRM solutions that meets requirements.
  • Define the D365 CE development tools and environments.
  • Responsible for end-to-end technical assurance, technical governance, technical best practices, the reuse of technical assets, and the assignment of technical work. Responsible for the technical direction of the project.
  • Mentors and coaches CRM developers and team members.
  • Day-to-day management of the technical teams, working closely with the Program/Project Managers to provide information around scheduling, risks, issues, changes, etc.
  • Participates in daily leadership calls, and stand-ups, and can outline the performance of the technical team.
  • Ensure adherence to appropriate release processes for promoting code between environments.
  • Support the design for application and data migration.
  • Support estimation and planning.
  • Support product demonstrations to senior customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • 7+ years' experience in implementing Dynamics 365 CE, with at least 3+ in the capacity of the role of Technical Lead.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and OOTB modules like Sales & Service along with its integrations/add-ons.
  • Experience with Power Platform.
  • Excellent understanding of the functional capabilities across Sales and Customer Service.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud Services including Service Bus, Logic Apps etc.
  • Good consulting skills.
  • Logical Datamodelling. ERD and mapping logical to physical.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes.
  • Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment.
  • Experience in working with large projects/enterprise customers.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, proactive communicator.
  • Strong written communications.
  • In addition, the following will be an advantage:
    • Integration of CRM Platform into Core Enterprise Systems such as Finance (Dynamics 365 F&O preferably).
    • Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodology.
