Our client is actively looking to recruit a proactive lawyer to join their CQS accredited residential conveyancing department in Bishop's Stortford. The successful lawyer will be dealing with a caseload from initial instruction to completion.
- Freehold and leasehold properties
- Sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- SDLT applications
- Obtaining Land Registry documentation
- Submitting and reviewing searches
- Liaising with clients and other professionals involved in property transactions
- Applications are encouraged from all levels of licensed conveyancers, legal executives and solicitors
- Knowledge of residential conveyancing matters is essential
- Detail oriented with great time management skills
- A commercial, pragmatic and proactive approach
- Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritise workloads
