- Inspections of private sector properties
- Responding to tenant complaints
- Drawing up schedules of condition & disrepair.
- Assessing properties in accordance with HHSRS and taking formal enforcement action and associated activities as necessary.
- Assessing HMO licence applications, inspection and processing.

You will need experience in the following:
Prior experience in a similar role is necessary.
Working knowledge of the Housing Health and Safety Rating System
