Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

A highly respected and well established, quality law firm are currently expanding their Residential Property department. This accredited firm is seeking a Residential Property Conveyancer (Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive) to join them in their busy offices based in Tunbridge Wells.

The successful Residential Conveyancer will be responsible for a mixed case load of high quality residential conveyancing matters including:

•Freehold sales and purchases

•Leasehold sales and purchases

•Lease extensions

•Remortgaging

•Transfer of equity

The successful Residential Conveyancer will offer the following skillset/background:

•Ideally 2-3 years experience (PQE or equivilent)

•Experience of managing your own case load (under supervision where necessary)

•Be a keen team player

•Be highly client focused

•Be a keen team player

•High attention to detail

•Ideally have gained experience of networking/business development, or a willingness to get involved.
