2nd Line Support Engineer

2nd Line Support Engineer required to:

  • Install, support, and troubleshoot Microsoft systems;
  • Liaise with 3rd parties to enable successful delivery of IT tasks;
  • Experience support Cloud based applications;
  • Use own initiative to resolve problems while working under pressure.


  • Significant IT experience of at least 5 years' working In a Support department;
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft and Mac OS applications and of network terminology and concepts;
  • Good understanding of security best practices and data integrity principles;
  • Experience of HPE Nimble SAN, or similar; experience of Net2, VOIP, MDM, Temperature monitor, video conferencing systems;
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.


  • Knowledge of CSV (Computer System Validation), IT infrastructure, ability to train end users;
  • Knowledge and working practice of ITIL Foundation.
