Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a full time Recruitment Associate to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community. The Recruitment Associate is responsible for the recruitment of staff within the assigned agency. This position works in collaboration with the recruitment team to ensure that all new hires have completed the required pre-employment process, including verifications and clearances as determined by regulations, laws and practice. Responsibilities Include: Recruiting: •Utilize creative and effective methods to source candidates and identify different advertising venues •Create and post quality advertisements to the company website and various external job boards •Attend networking, community, and college recruitment events •Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System, per departmental guidelines, to ensure consistency and quality data output for all programs throughout KHS •Screen applicants and progress them through the recruitment process •Extend verbal and written contingent job offers, schedule orientation dates and coordinates pre-employment screenings •Manage relationships with hiring managers, encourage communication, proper use of the system and involvement in the recruitment process •Collaborate with Human Resource Business Partners to ensure compliance with applicable regulations; including local, state and federal laws and company policies and practices New Hire File Preparation and Compliance: •Prepare all new hire files for on-boarding •Ensure files are compliant with job requirements, regulations, laws and processes •Process FBI and Child Abuse clearances and ensure clearances are initiated prior to scheduled start dates •Track and maintain new hire data, including the completion of clearances and missing documentation •Follow-up with recruitment staff to obtain missing documentation •Organize and send completed new hire files to the appropriate location within the prescribed •time frames Minimum Requirements: •High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or related field preferred •Minimum one year experience in sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating a hiring process and utilizing a recruiting management system •Familiarity with state and federal employment laws as they apply to recruiting and hiring •Ability to communicate both orally and in writing and to be able to read, interpret and apply written information •Intermediate computer skills •At least 18 years of age •Valid driver's license and daily access to privately maintained and insured vehicle Keystone Human Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer Category: Human Resources , Keywords: Recruiter
