IT Support Analyst
This role is ideal for someone that is confident, hands-on, quick to learn, can interpret and document challenging IT scenarios and is genuinely keen to build a career in IT. Must have IT Support experience and be keen to explore different aspects of IT.
The job, by its very nature, is diverse and will give exposure to a variety of IT roles, environments and technologies (Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Intune & Autopilot) as well as infrastructure support (Cisco Meraki) and a variety of user hardware.
Providing support for Windows 10 desktop users, including Office and Outlook, assisting in remote and onsite support to 100+ users across 3 branches, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;
Installing and configuring hardware, operating systems, and applications.
Supporting the firm's mobile device users
Setting up new users
Install and configure new computers via Endpoint Manager
Maintenance of printers
Network and telecoms switching and patching
Performing routine DSE assessments on users' workstations
Performing stock checks on IT equipment
Involvement in annual equipment audits
Occasional assistance in network cabling installation
Other duties as delegated from time to time by senior IT staff.
