An excellent opportunity has arisen with my client based on the Worcestershire/Birmingham borders - Redditch, we are looking for an Application Support Analyst - 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer who has experience with Impact Workforce (or a similar Workforce/Repairs management system) and strong skills in Microsoft Office. This role is a Hybrid role and will require you to be in the office 2 days per week.

The main duties of the role will be to provide general support to users and their applications. This will include general 1st/2nd Line duties such as password resets, unlocking accounts, PDA/Mobile Device Application Management, creating reports/report writing and Call Queue Management to ensure calls are dealt with within the agreed SLA timelines. Any previous experience with Concept Impact Workforce and or Crystal Reports is highly desirable, but not essential.

You will also be dealing with varied levels of users including Directors/CXO's, therefore you must have strong communication skills with the ability to prioritise your workload, whilst maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Please note that this role is inside IR35 and if successful, you will be required to go through an FCSA approved umbrella company.
