My client are one of the worlds Marketing and Advertising businesses and as a Data Governance Manager your role will be to support one of their largest key accounts (A well known drinks brand).

The Role

The role sits within the client services team and involves working closely with the EMEA markets to ensure delivery of all governance and compliance workstreams. You will work and report into a Director to deliver appropriate and effective results to ensure the client business needs are met.

The role involves ensuring that all media activity and reporting is delivered by following best practice guidelines across the account. This role would be ideally best suited to someone who has spent time in reporting or data governance. There will be a big focus on communication across the companies brands/local markets to correct any data compliance and taxonomy issues as well as media spend tracking to quickly identify errors.

Responsibilities

  • You will need to be up to date with developments within all the media areas relevant to clients and be able to recommend ways to incorporate new techniques into their work.
  • You need to be a proactive and curious learner; keen to develop and learn new skills independently and share and collaborate with a wider team.
  • Work with global and local account teams to ensure that governance & compliance guidelines, processes, and best practice rules are being followed and delivered
  • Educate local markets on best practice in taxonomy implementation, write documentation and training guides.
  • Lead and educate local markets on Ad verification best practice and identify any new opportunities within this space for Bacardi
  • Collaborate with relevant parties (data visualisation/brand teams) to drive operational efficiencies in reporting and analytics
Experience and skills

  • Experience in reporting and data governance
  • You will be expected to be familiar with all key online and offline channels, and likely to have hands on experience of managing key partnership relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to show great attention to detail and great diligence in your work
  • Organisation - an ability to manage multiple projects at one time with accuracy and speed
  • Comfortable presenting work to clients and to colleagues.
