Attendance at Court may be necessary as well as attendance at multi agency meetings held according to Southend Protection of Vulnerable Adults policy. Candidates should have an appreciation of finance work, able to reconcile accounts and work with Internet banking. Good IT skills are essential, including spreadsheets and letter writing. You will liaise effectively with service users and families, providers, suppliers, staff of Southend Council and other agencies in order to provide an efficient service, responding to queries in a helpful and courteous manner.
