Our key client, a well renowned global consultancy based is seeking a 3rd Line Applications Support Analyst with extensive hands-on experience supporting & maintaining software & applications.
As a key member of the Support & Operations team, this position will require a candidate with strong interpersonal skills along with exceptional technical capability to provide application support for our clients Managed Services customers.
- Working within a Support & Operations/Service Operations function
- Querying databases and logging tools (eg Azure application insights)
- Microsoft Windows Server
- Supporting custom software applications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ensure that all work is delivered to the highest quality
- Exceptional organizational skills, and communication skills
- Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ensure knowledge and skills are kept up-to-date
- Able to converse with clients to elicit requirements and define issues and problems
