£15,000 salary and a Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration. Genuine career opportunity.
Every time the phone is answered, the team finds solutions, resolves problems and offers advice to customers. Helping customers satisfy their customers, wherever they are in the world, is what is important to this company. You will become a subject-matter expert in all the business' products and services. You'll be establishing and supporting customer needs and identifying opportunities to further enhance customers' experience. You'll be adding value wherever possible and assisting in continuously improving the service offered to customers.
The ideal candidate
We are looking for someone who has been educated to A Level or equivalent standard. Although not essential, it would be advantageous to have:
- understanding of customer needs and their business requirements
- knowledge of transportation and supply chains
- awareness of competitors
- international trade
- commercial awareness
We are looking for someone with a positive outlook and lots of energy: someone who has expert customer service skills and an ability to work effectively as part of a team. Excellent communication skills are important, as is the capability of working under pressure and meeting deadlines. Candidates with strong IT skills will stand-out, as will those with experience in business social media and marketing.
This is an apprenticeship position with a salary of £15,000 and an ongoing, permanent opportunity available after you have completed your Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration.
The hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
