Becoming a Customer Service Advisor with Recruiting Partnering Project (RPP):As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll handle incoming enquiries from anyone interested in knowing more about careers in the Army, including, but not limited to, potential candidates, their families and careers advisors. Most of them will be discussing next steps, booking events or getting feedback, but the calls could cover a huge variety of subjects, which you'll need to answer effectively and efficiently via telephone or webchat. You'll ensure every caller receives great customer service and aim to offer a first call resolution to every enquiry. Recording all calls accurately, you'll demonstrate a genuine interest in the candidate's needs and future aspirations and give an excellent impression of the Army.Please note, the role involves shift work. You will also work 1 in 6 Saturday's 1000 - 1600 hrs with a day off in Lieu the following Friday. This is a full-time role on a salary of £18,000 p.a. based in Upavon.What you will do: * Act as the first point of contact for all calls * Record all calls accurately * Give an excellent impression of the Army and the RPP Project * Answer all enquiries effectively and efficiently via telephone or webchat * Advise potential candidates on eligibility to join the ArmyYour experience will include: * With a background in customer service, you'll be great at responding to enquiries in a confident and friendly manner * Experience dealing with a high volume of calls would be a bonus * Self-motivated and target driven, you have strong communication skills and a desire to learn * Experience in recruitment and a familiarity with the Army are desirableAbout Recruiting Partnering Project:Capita Recruiting Partnering Project (RPP), part of Capita plc, has been working with the Ministry of Defence (MOD) since 2012 to transform the British Army's recruitment service.
