Temporary Customer Service Advisor

Providing customer service and administrative support to management and corporate management functions.

Job Description:

* Provide an excellent customer experience to all external and internal customers

* Provide a first point of contact service for web based, written and telephone enquiries

* Provide advice, guidance and signposting in response to customer enquiries

* Assist with the monitoring of complaints ensuring the process is followed

* Logging and resolving expressions of dissatisfaction

* Provide specialist administrative support and various management functions

* Scheduling inspections for properties, inviting residents and other appropriate staff

* Communicating actions from inspection with residents

* Working closely with the income team to assist with the collection of income

* Able to take payments, set payment plans and notifying residents if their accounts

* Work closely with contractors to take initial repair calls

* Assist with diagnosis and log the necessary jobs with contractors or inspectors

* Keeping the database for involved residents up to date and promoting resident engagement

* Carry out, input and follow up on feedback received through satisfaction surveys

* Step-in and provide general support to the business during periods of high demand

Person Specification:

* Educated to a minimum of 5 GCSE's, Grades A-C, including English & Maths

* Previous experience of working in a public sector or commercial setting

* Experience of providing services to customers via telephone, face to face and digitally

* Experience of providing a complete response and resolution to customer queries

* Experience of working in a team setting and providing administrative support to colleagues

* Managing administrative processes including, maintaining digital and hard copy files

* Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload

* Ability to build effective relationships internally and externally

* Aptitude for IT and in particular Word and Excel

Additional Information:

* Based in Leatherhead

* £24,000

* Starting ASAP on a temp to perm contract

* Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm

* Pension scheme
