French speaking Fashion Customer Service Advisor

An exciting position has arisen for a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a successful company immediately! They ae looking for a dynamic French speaking to join their fun-loving department based in sunny Southend-on-Sea. This is a temporary to permanent basis role.
As a customer service advisor you will be responsible for resolving complaints and queries via various channels such as web chat, phone, email and social media. You will be representing one of the most well-known brands in high street fashion or luxury fashion, and you are encouraged to take full ownership of your investigations. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable work experience, training will be provided throughout and there is room to grow within the business.
• Fluent spoken and written French
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Previous customer service / call centre experience an advantage
• Any fashion related experience an advantage
• Available immediately
