* Permanent contract
* Salary - £19,000
* Hours - 8am to 5pm

Job Responsibilities & Duties

You will be responsible for planning maintenance duties for a regional area of our busy engineering help desk. This role requires good communication skills as you would be liaising with engineers daily.

* Plan all work schedules and communicate these to the engineering teams daily/weekly/monthly
* To administer all help desk calls in line with specific SLA's
* To encourage best practice usage of Engineer PDA's
* Updating Maximo and Oracle regularly


* An understanding of a planning or supply chain process
* Customer Service Background
* Knowledge of Maximo or similar CAFM system
* Intermediate Excel skills
* Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
