Night Hygiene Manager

Anderson Scott are currently seeking a Night Hygiene Manager to join a well-established food manufacturer in Worcestershire.
The company have a fantastic reputation for product quality and innovation, a diverse product range and a number of long-standing relationships with market leading retailers.
As a Night Hygiene Manager for this FMCG business you will be responsible for managing a team of Operatives to promote teamwork, encourage a culture of Continuous Improvement and support business performance. This will include managing the risk of cross contamination and remaining aware of allergens and food safety at all times.
You will maintain excellent levels of hygiene that meet legal, retailer and internal standards, and will be required to support the wider business, such as the Quality Team during audits. You will also be responsible for identifying and monitoring any areas of staff training and development.
To be considered for this role you must have proven experience of working at Hygiene Supervisor level or above, within a commercial food manufacturing environment. Relevant Food Safety, HACCP or BRC accredited qualifications would be highly advantageous, however these are not essential.
