A Bury-based manufacturing business who are a market leader in the Corporate Events, Hospitality & Wedding sectors is looking to hire a consultative and client-focused Sales Coordinator.

Working alongside the leadership team this is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing business in a role where you will run the sales process by building new business opportunities, converting reactive enquiries and coordinating all aspects of orders within the office. The role is both varied and exciting and no one day is the same as the next.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handling all inbound email, telephone and face-to-face enquiries

*

Maximise sales opportunities for all orders - up-selling accessories, chasing all enquiries and provisional orders in a timely manner to increase conversion rates.

*

Managing confirmed customers - Adding customer and event details to our CRM system and internal documents with information about the customer's order.

*

To manage the daily administration associated with the job role to include Diary management, job sheets, payment processing, contracts, invoicing, coordination of order information from the client to the Production team and to provide effective administrative support from the start to the finish of an order.

*

Managing and conducting client visits - ensuring all information is gathered from the client visit

*

Liaising with departments such as Production, Training and Installation

*

Responding to all After-Sales enquiries

*

The organisation of showcase stands at exhibitions and larger shows

*

To organise and host quarterly events

*

Completing Weekly Sales Report

*

Relationship management with customers- you will be encouraged to build lasting relationships with all clients, ensuring longevity and profitability.

Developing business and growth opportunities

THE CANDIDATE

*

Previous business to business sales and customer service experience

*

Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint), Windows

*

Sales and goal orientated

*

Independent, well-organised and experienced in administrative tasks

*

Charismatic, positive and passionate in their personality

*

Creative, flexible and punctual

*

Experience within a manufacturing environment in a similar role is beneficial

*

Able to quickly understand products and product range

*

Lots of enthusiasm

*

Excellent communicator
