First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Sales Manager on behalf of one of our clients who sell aircraft components.
The purpose of this role is to carry out sales and business processes.
Applications from Ex-Military candidates are strongly encouraged, however all applicants will be considered.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Presenting and selling aviation products and services to current and potential clients.
Follow up on new / old leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Identify and resolve client concerns.
Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
Other duties as assigned by the management.
Entering data in full on the databases used by the company.
Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to persuade and influence others.
Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
Work requires travel to current and potential clients.
Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overseas travel so a valid passport is essential.
