Within this role, you will have a defined territory of customers that you will look after; taking inbound and making outbound calls, you will be reactive to conversations in order to deliver against sales and activity targets as well as helping in delivering our sales plan developed with the PSUK Sales Director and Head of Commercial.
As a PSUK Telesales Advisor, you will grow sales and service revenues from all available and appropriate commercial offerings, product ranges and services that are available to you.
You will ideally have a background in sales or customer service. You will have fast and accurate data entry skills to record the outcome of sales calls, follow up potential leads, maintain and manage client records and be competent in the Microsoft office suite.
Our ideal candidate will possess an A.B.P.I certificate and diploma however as part of the company's commitment to excellence if you don't currently hold this you will be required to obtain a professional qualification through the A.B.P.I. certificate and diploma and on completion and passing of this qualification there will be an increased salary package. This qualification requires a degree of application to learn and must be completed within one year.
The hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm, with an unpaid break of 60 minutes.
