We are looking for someone to be an integral part of our housing maintenance services. The role will be based from our service delivery centre in Andoversford, is initially a 6-month fixed-term contract, and will provide crucial support to the team during a transition period during Bromford's transformation programme.
The job will involve raising and tracking purchase orders, goods receipting, invoicing and administering stock movement. You will also assist in collating materials from our materials store stock for engineers collection from our service centre. You will work closely with our Service Delivery Centre Co-ordinator and cover their role in periods of absence, undertaking the above activities. You will also support your wider team as necessary across its core activities of materials and fleet management.
You will need excellent ICT skills and, with training, use our purchasing system to source and place orders for contractors/building materials for our engineers. You must have excellent communication skills, be very organised, be able to work on your own initiative and have experience in a stock/inventory/logistics role previously in your career.
