The EC is responsible for planning, managing, organizing enrollments, that have been acquired by a sales Colleague, from start to finish. ? Responsible for adjusting the number of sales representatives needed to conduct and complete the enrollment as planned by adding or removing sales representatives from the enrollment as needed. Will also determine the number of days needed to complete the enrollment, trouble shoot any issues that may arise, monitor performance of sales representatives during the enrollment, track availability of sales representatives and manage enrollment set up and systems used in the enrollment. ? The EC will work with the State Manager and sales representatives assigned to the enrollment to ensure quality control, cost containment, consistency, customer satisfaction and an overall positive enrollment for the customers and production results for the company. ? The EC will maintain and/or establish a working relationship with account decision makers and attend account meetings associated with the enrollment ? The EC is also responsible for the investigation and resolution of customer complaints associated with the enrollment. ? Travel 30% to 35% Requirements: ? 1 - 3 years experience in sales or sales support ? Strong written and verbal communication skills ? Strong organization and project management skills ?
