Private Client Legal Secretaries

Suitable candidates will have previous Private Client experience.
The role will involve but not be limited to;
* Providing full secretarial support to a team of four lawyers, including diary management and general administrative duties
* Liaising with clients and third parties
* Audio transcription
* Preparation of legal forms
* Will and LPA drafting
The successful candidate must have excellent computer literacy and able to work under own initiative. Suitable candidates should also possess the ability to communicate at all levels.
Knowledge of BigHand, Oyez Forms, Land Registry Portal, Excel and Partner 4 would be advantageous.
Previous experience in the following fields would also be advantageous:
* Typing Wills, LPAs and Codicils
* Preparing estate accounts
* IHT forms
