Pertemps are currently working on behalf of an exciting business in the Bracknell area to help expand their busy Service Desk Team.
You will be responsible for managing, coordinating and scheduling a team of engineers to ensures all operations are running smoothly and up to date.
* Responsible for a team of engineers
* General stock administration (ordering, arranging maintenance etc...)
* Customer Service
* Using company database to log information
* Working as part of a team to resolve outstanding queries and issues.
* Outgoing, hard working, excellent organisational skills and a strong team player
* Previous experience in Scheduling or Help Desk role (Required)
* Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
* CRM Systems
