Duties could include but are not limited to:
* Order entry /processing
* Quotation preparation
* Complaint management
* General resolution of customer enquiries
* Act as first point of contact for all external/internal customer service queries
* Experience of working in a multi-channel customer service environment
* Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
* Problem Solving
* Team Player
* Professionalism / Smartly Presented
* Computer Literate
* Minimum Grade C Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
* Educated to A-Level or Degree standard
* Ability to speak an additional language
