We are looking for a strong confident person with experience on the telephone and who has a good eye for detail. On every call you represent the company and the reputation they have built so professionalism is key.
Previous experience in credit control is essential and knowledge of Microsoft applications is a must.
We would like you to have excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to work under pressure
Your duties will include:
* Answering inbound calls from clients to take payments
* Dealing with client queries
* Proactively making outbound calls to chase payment of outstanding invoices
* Update client claims accurately from information received
Experience and skills required
* Credit Control experience.
* Excellent telephone manner
* Attention to details
* Written and Verbal Skills
* Able to work under pressure
* Complete work within deadlines given
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
