Customer Relations Representative

This is a long term temporary assignment with the potential to become a permanent position. The client offers a competitive hourly rate along with excellent working conditions and fabulous benefits for permanent staff. The hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.
You will spend most of your day taking inbound telephone enquiries from clients who are direct members of the Pension plans or third parties assisting with support to members. There some administrative duties as well which include processing details and composing emails.
It is a fast paced environment and requires someone with a tactful, diplomatic mature along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need an aptitude and desire to learn more and develop your product knowledge through daily experience of dealing with the calls and enquiries you are handling on a day to day basis. You will also have consistent mentoring from the team leaders in order to offer the highest rate of customer satisfaction.
Previous experience in a contact centre would be advantageous but not essential as Customer Service and focus on problem solving along with good listening skills are equally beneficial.
