Right now, we are recruiting for an enthusiastic person to manage our Administration team. This role involves leading a high-performance Admin team to create a great experience for our direct business customers and partners through the connection process and create a highly engaged and motivated team.

What will you do as manager of the Administration team?

•Day to day management of the Admin team.
•Work to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly performance targets for connections and compliance
•Be an expert on all elements of our admin process including but not limited to proof compliance, verbal contracts, credit check process, fulfilment system, network connections portal etc.
•Ensure the team completes all needed verbal contract calls in a prompt, polite and efficient manner using agreed company greeting; quickly establishing rapport with the caller and deliver the script compliantly.
•Complete sales generated from the Carphone Warehouse Business Website within the set timescales.
•Use all the available support to identify and prevent fraudulent transactions.
•Use standard operating procedure to capture customer needs in a way that builds the propensity for the customer to buy from you; considering wider fixed and IT profile in line with network product development.
•Provide feedback and share ideas on our processes to improve efficiency to the senior management, Flag any major system issues to Operations Manager.
•Process all sales orders accurately and efficiently into the relevant systems; ensuring all CRM data is entered correctly including sales source/campaign and no-sale reasons if applicable.
•Plan time effectively to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner while delivering a world class service.
•Weekly/Monthly Team reviews to discuss any concerns and to grow the team to a highly motivated and engaged unit within B2B.
