Email Marketing Executive

About the role
Our digital marketing team is looking for someone with a passion for email marketing to play a key part in developing the BHF's email marketing programmes. You'll support our email content network to create emails, ensuring these are in line with best practice, on-brand and are of high quality before deployment.
You'll use our ESP (Dotmailer) extensively to review and create inspiring and engaging email campaigns, and to report on performance.
You'll have an eye for detail and be user-focused and data-driven, you'll relish testing, learning and optimising at every opportunity, reviewing analytics to maximise engagement with BHF marketing emails.
With a keen eye for detail, you'll have previous email marketing experience and a desire to learn more. Passionate about great user journeys and putting the user at the heart of everything you do, you'll have relevant experience working in a similar role. A solid knowledge and understanding of the principles of email marketing is a must.
Proactive, with excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with stakeholders and highly organised, you'll be able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines with ease.
