Must have experience with volume catering and looking after a team in the Head Chef absence.
Menu's can vary as to customer requirements so flexibility is key. Could be catering for up to 1500 per day.
Knowledge of Diet, Healthy Eating, Fitness would be an advantage.
This position would be on a temporary to permanent basis.
Salary from 22-25k.
