Contract Caterer - Head Chef

The establishment are cooking fresh food at high volume. The ideal candidate will have the relevant experience for this role, perhaps not specifically in contract catering but must have transferrable skills (cooking high volume fresh food to a consistent standard). Management experience is essential, you will also be liasing with the client regularly listening to feedback and requests.
Hours of the role are very attractive working Monday-Friday, 6am-2/3pm.
My client is looking for a Head Chef with fresh and imaginative ideas, bringing flair and creativity to the kitchen - adding to the menu and ideas of food produced.
You will have the relevant city & guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ 1,2 (minimum) and basic food hygiene qualifications, be conscientious, have good communication skills, be able to work alone and in a team, and be able to relate well to others.
