Estate Services Team Leader

Purpose of Job
To ensure the smooth running of the Estate, including management of Estate Cleaners and carrying out operational cleaning duties. Be responsible for providing a quality service to residents and work as part of the Estate Service Team
Day to day management duties are expected, however the remainder of the time will be spent doing operational cleaning
Skills and Experience
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills, report writting, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, maintain records, line management, operational cleaning, knowledge of health & safety
