Customer Service Claims Agent

Duties will include-
* Answering incoming calls
* Load any new clams in accordance with SLA
* Booking in customers
* Organising collection of vehicles and allocation of courtesy cars
* Update activity records on company database
* Obtain customer images
* Deal with customer concerns or dissatisfaction appropriately
* General customer queries
Candidates with previous claims, motor insurance or body shop experience is preferred however candidates with strong customer service skills and call centre experience will be highly considered.
All candidates must have excellent organisation and communication skills, the ability to prioritise workloads and self motivation is required.
You must be able to confidently speak with customers and have good time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines is essential.
Hours are Monday- Friday 8am- 5.30pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am- 12pm
