Customer / Call Centre Advisor

This role operates 4 on / 4 off 12-hour shift pattern and covers weekend and public holidays
We are very interested in talking to any experienced customer service professionals - if you have a 2nd language, this would be really handy too!
An experienced Customer Service Advisor, who has the ability to work well under pressure and provide first-class customer service on every occasion, and, ideally, a background in insurance, is required by a leading supplier to the Travel sector based near Maidstone. A salary of up to £20k plus benefits is offered depending on experience.
As the Customer Service Advisor, you will handle a wide variety of queries and provide assistance to holidaymakers and travellers who have experienced a medical emergency or issue whilst abroad.
The Customer Service Advisor will ideally have the following skills / experience:
- Educated to degree level
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
- Happy to work shift patterns (4 on / 4 off 12-hour shifts)
- Ability to empathise with people in times of stress
Basic salary to £20,000 plus benefits
