Customer Service Advisor (Automotive)

Hours: From January 2019 you will go on to the shift which is 6am - 6pm 4 days on 4 days off on a rota basis.
Salary: £20,210 - £22,100 DOE
Benefits: £6k per annum guaranteed bonus plus commission
Role: This role will support the day to day operations of the Mechanics and the clients.
Duties: Answer all incoming calls from external and internal sources
Receive, process and update requests from customers, internal personal and suppliers via phone, email, website etc.
Manage the service diary to ensure all bookings can be completed in a timely manner
Be proactive in ensuring that all requests are completed within a reasonable timeframe and that the correct processes have been adhered to
Close down reactive requests that have been completed by the internal resources
Carry out all related administration tasks e.g. booking jobs onto the system, raising invoices and updating the clients account to ensure all information is accurate at all times
Experience: Previous Automotive experience would be advantageous
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential
Excellent computer skills particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
