Customer Services Administrator - Salary £17,000 - £19,000 DOE (9 month FTC)

Based: Gloucestershire

We are searching for an experienced Customer Services Administrator for our Client's Sales and Customer Services Team, the Ideal candidates will have excellent administration skills and working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel. A good telephone manner with a cheerful personality is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensuring that the latest version of Standard operating Procedures are followed
* Provide customers with professional, informed advice on the product range
* Managing Inbox traffic - printing, filing and distributing purchase orders
* Dealing with customer enquiries, ensuring they are closed with a satisfactory response
* Processing all complaints received into the department including; Product Experience Reports (PER's), Service Experience Reports (SER's) and Credits
* Receiving telephone calls and dealing with the customer enquiries
* Inputting and processing customer orders
* Ensuring that Pick Lists & Delivery Notes are sent to the warehouse in a timely manner
* Providing order reports to the Commercial Management Accountant on a daily basis
* Filing and archiving all order documentation, posting invoices daily
* Responsible for sending company documentation required by courier
* Processing internal paperwork including; Price Concession Forms, Customer Returns Tracking Forms, and Finished Product Request Forms
* Maintaining the Consignment and Loan database
* Running monthly reports on existing warehouses and highlighting expiry dates
* Arrange quarterly audit reports of Consignment equipment with sales team
* Provide support to the commercial management team by providing key information regarding prospects, gaining market intelligence, competitor activity and pricing

Essential Skills and Experience:

* A minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) including Maths and English
* Good knowledge of Excel and other database packages
* Experience of working in a similar office environment preferred
* Excellent communication Skills and high level of numeracy
