Lifting Management Coordinator

ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a Lifting Management Coordinator for our client who continues to grow and dominate the market, based from their HQ in Peterborough.
To generate revenue in line with targets, ensure that all customer contracts are fulfilled whilst providing premium customer care to all Lifting & Hire customers.
Smooth implementation and operation of new software introduced, producing management reports as required.
Server filing system ensuring that it clear and organised. All labour supplier's compliance documents are in date and loaded into the labour scheduling software. All client/project documentation audited within Teamwork as per audit schedule.
Supplier timesheets and invoices ensuring that accounts receive all information accurately and on time. All branded workwear ensuring that we have appropriate stock levels and everyone on site is in receipt of branded clothing.
All PPE ensuring that we have appropriate stock levels and receipt sheets are returned and filed. Making outbound sales calls using the database of information at our disposal. Arrange hire of plant and equipment to customer's requirements.
Attempt on every occasion to convert new enquiries into sales. Any order with 24hrs or greater lead time for delivery must be accepted. Attempt on every occasion to convert new commercial enquiries into new accounts. Fulfil customer orders from our supply chain by searching all available directories both from within the business and online to source solutions to genuinely compare the market obtaining the best value for our customers. Always contact a minimum of 5 suppliers before escalating resourcing issues to your line manager.
Processing all hire quotations & orders through the rental management system. Ensuring all new customers are to be signed off by the Lifting & Hire Manager or in their absence the Head of Finance and Commercial prior to entry on to the rental management software.
Skills / Experience:
You will have experience in Hire / Lifting with excellent communication skills. This role would suit somebody who is very pro-active and wants to join a forward thinking business.
