Taking inbound calls from customers
Providing an outstanding experience for all customers
Updating customers on deliveries
Liaising with clients via telephone and email providing order status information.
Sending order confirmations, tracking numbers and Proof of Delivery
Fluent Swedish/Danish/Norwegian is essential - a native speaker would be preferred however this is not essential
Strong customer service skills
Dynamic and passionate individual
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with people on all levels
