Customer Service Advisor In our Chief Operating Office (COO) at Aldermore are part of the team enabling everyone across the business to deliver the award-winning service our customers have come to expect. The engine room of the bank and the department that drives success and growth, COO includes; CIO, Transformation & Change; Digital; Data; Customer Operations; Group Services, Sourcing & Supplier Management; Incident Management & Business Continuity and Central Marketing & Brand. You will provide excellent customer service in all aspects of post-sale mortgage provision, liaising directly with customers, their solicitors, brokers and other representatives via the most appropriate methods of communication. You be responding to customer queries and requests in a professional manner, providing guidance and fair outcomes, and pro-actively ensuring Aldermore continues to deliver a high-quality customer journey.
You will deal with external and internal customers in an efficient and accurate manner via telephone, email and letter correspondence to service mortgages and comply with regulation and internal policy. You will be addressing incoming customer contact by phone and recording relevant feedback and escalating issues as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar regulated, banking or financial services environment, you'll already have excellent organisation, communication, numerical and analytical skills. You'll also have the skills essential to delivering exceptional customer service. You thrive working as part of a supportive team and are confident even when dealing with customer issues. Along with excellent office IT skills and the capability to learn new systems easily, you also have good decision-making and time management skills.
