Marc Daniels are currently partnered with a global business in Bracknell who are seeking a Customer Relations Coordinator to join their team on an on-going contract basis.

Main duties on the Customer Relations Coordinator include:

* Represent business values and customer experience and resolve queries in a polite and timely manner
* Complaint management
* Liaise with customers via phone, email, letters, social media and face to face meetings.
* Manage complex customer cases
* Gather all necessary information from the customers and team units
* Ensure all enquiries are recorded onto the customer tracking system

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a customer service role, dealing with complaints and have great communication skills.

You will be passionate about providing an outstanding service with the ability to build strong relationships.
