Office based Customer Service experience is essential for this role
There is a possibility that this role could go permanent for the right person
Taking inbound calls from the service desk phone lines, providing troubleshooting advice and resolving technical queries in addition to ordering parts required and establishing if a cost should be applied or if a warranty is in place.
Responding to customer complaints, Issues and escalating where required
Making proactive outbound calls to retailers promoting products and update Customer details as well as organising visits for the Sales Team.
Making proactive outbound calls to customers in relation to the renewal of consumable spare parts and facilitating sales that are generated as a result.
Carrying out order processing for products and spares, for distributors and consumers, as requested
Undertaking data entry on to the system
Checking orders ensuring key information is correct, such as, lead time, payment terms, prices, discounts, special instructions, factory loading and account status
Participating in customer requirements and action accordingly
Printing off of spares invoices twice daily, checking them and passing them to the factory for completion.
Recording customer/consumer complaints, recognise and report trends and report any quality issues to the Customer Service Manager.
Keeping customers informed on order progress, delays, changes to their account and maintaining a good working relationship
Responding to any inquiries from customers/consumers or re-direct them appropriately if you are unable to help.
Processing requests for the return of faulty product, ensuring all relevant procedures are followed
Hours 8.30 - 5.00 Monday to Friday
Car driver essential
