About the Role:
The purpose of role of Customer Support Performance Lead is to focus on the overall performance of a technically minded support team, as well as individual support via coaching and mentoring.

The role of the Customer Support Performance Lead is to focus on individual performance and mentor team members via 1-2-1s and training to ensure customer satisfaction is consistently achieved.
The day to day performance of the team is the core need from this role.
About You:
- You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
- You will have previous experience of coaching and/or mentoring duties within an environment focused on service delivery
- You'll be comfortable in delivering constructive feedback in a personable and positive manner to individuals within a customer support function
- You will be result driven and quality focused
- You'll have a proven track record of delivering service improvement initiatives with quantifiable benefits
- You'll ideally have experience of the telecoms market or experience with business to business service providers
- You'll be comfortable and able to undertake the travel necessary for the role
