Processing Team Leader, West Malling, £26,000

Purpose of the role:

* To be responsible for the daily delivery of a Customer Service focused team to existing customers
* To support the Manager with the day to day management of the team, including distribution of workload and achievement of KPIs
* To ensure that SLAs are met
* Responsible for the personal development of the team


* Line management of 2 processing teams within Customer Services
* Management and distribution of workload
* Conduct monthly 121's and annual appraisals
* Assist with the recruitment process for the team
* Deputising for the department Manager

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have/be:

* Experience managing a multi-functional team within a customer service environment
* Advanced customer service skills
* Strong people skills, with a natural ability to motivate others
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* PC literate
